How to ask us to delete your HexVolt account and the data linked to it. HexVolt is published by Redsoft Software And Consultancy Ltd.
About HexVolt accounts
You don't need an account to play: the game starts you as an anonymous guest with a name like Guest_4821. If you sign in with Google, Apple or an email link, we also keep your email address and display name so your scores follow you.
How to request deletion

In the game, open Settings → Account and note the name or email shown there.

Email support@redsoft.uk with the subject “HexVolt — Delete My Account & Data” and include that name or email. Open a prefilled email →

We delete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted, and what is kept
🧹 Deleted within 30 days
- Your account (guest or signed in) and its email address
- Your leaderboard entries, scores and display name
- Usage events linked to your account
- Purchase records held in our systems
📦 Kept
- Crash reports, for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically
- Combined statistics that can't be traced back to you
- Receipts that Apple or Google keep for your purchases, so a Remove Ads purchase can still be restored
