Privacy PolicyPrivacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to HexVolt. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you play our mobile application or visit our web portal.

2. Information We Collect

We collect data needed for leaderboards, optional accounts, ads, purchases, and crash diagnostics:

• Gameplay & scores: your scores, game mode and display name are stored in our cloud database (Firebase) for the leaderboard, and on iPhone and iPad also in Apple Game Center. This website shows signed-in players' names as initials only.
• Device & diagnostics: device model, OS version, crash reports (Sentry) and anonymous usage events (Firebase Analytics) help us fix problems and improve the game.
• Local Storage: Player preferences, sound/vibration toggles, and high score records stored locally on your device.
• Accounts: you can play as an anonymous guest. If you sign in with Google, Apple (iPhone and iPad) or an email link, Firebase Authentication stores your email address and user ID, and our database stores your display name so your scores follow your account.
• Purchases: Optional Remove Ads purchases are processed by Apple or Google. RevenueCat stores purchase history and entitlement status so we can restore the unlock on your devices.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Game uses Google AdMob for banner ads, ads between rounds and optional rewarded ads; Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics) for accounts, scores and usage analytics; RevenueCat for in-app purchase status; and Sentry for crash reports. AdMob may use device identifiers and approximate location for advertising. HexVolt does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. The one-time Remove Ads purchase removes banner ads and ads between rounds.

This Website

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner; until then Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to delete your account and the scores and data linked to it. See the Account & Data Deletion page for how.

5. Children's Privacy

HexVolt does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
